LA Fencing Club: Membership, Private & Group Lessons

RATES:

Club Membership — Floor fees can be paid daily, monthly or yearly, and include unlimited access to the fencing center, and use of electric scoring machines during fencing center operating hours. For multiple family members, a discount applies. Please call 310.477.2266 for discounted rates.

Open House — Undecided which fencing disciplines you would enjoy best? Épée, foil or saber? Please visit us Saturday morning from 9 to 10 am for Open House. You will get the opportunity to learn about the different weapons and meet some of our coaches as well. Once a month, during Open House a raffle for a free Intro class will be offered.

Private Lessons — Highly skilled coaches offer one on one private lessons. The duration of a session is 20 minutes. New members to our club get to benefit of a complimentary first private lesson. To schedule an appointment please call 310.477.2266.
    • Single Private Lesson $30

    • Pack of Ten Private Lessons $280

Cancellation Policy — Reserved private lessons must be cancelled by 10:00 pm the day before the appointment, otherwise the lesson fee will be charged in full.

Private Group Classes — Special occasion group classes can be arranged. Please e-mail info to lessons@lafencing.com for cost and availability.

GROUP LESSONS —

Intro to Fencing — This class is meant for the novice. Instructions in basic position, footwork and scoring rules will be taught.

Weapon Specific Class (épée, foil or saber) — The emphasis of this class is to refine the students' skills in a particular discipline of fencing. This class is a combination of competitive and recreational athletes.

Junior Program — This course is offered for fencers geared toward competitive fencing.
